Complex Splits - Acrimonious

In the case of acrimonious split families there can be a situation where the second parent is unwilling to sign the application without seeing the full Application. This may be because they want to understand exactly what they’re agreeing to.

When a parent has raised privacy concerns and is not comfortable sharing the full application EnrolHQ recommends allowing both parents to complete an application as single parents.

Each parent will complete the full Enrolment process, this includes Tours, Application, Interview, Any Custom Forms and Offer.

Upon receiving both acceptances only one (1) Profile can be SYNCed to the school SIS. The second parent’s documents and details must be added manually to the SIS.

Please Note: Completing duplicate applications/offers in EnrolHQ will add an additional student in your reports ie two applications, therefore conversion numbers will differ as a result.

Complex Splits - Not Acrimonious

In some split family cases, the second parent is unwilling to sign an Offer. This is usually because they refuse to be liable for payment of school fees.

The second parent may provide written consent via email to proceed with the enrolment but explicitly state they would not sign the contract with the school or be liable for the fees.

The school may accept this and waive the requirement for their signature.
